We have recently completed on the sale of our property in Harrow Weald. It turned out to be a long process having begun last August! However, not the fault of this Estate Agent, who from the beginning at valuation through to viewings, offers, purchaser's withdrawal, re-marketing, new viewings, offers and finally exchange and completion remained helpful, efficient and professional.
This was largely due to Fiona Scanlon, the Sales Manager, who remained upbeat, cheerful and was a great communicator throughout.
We were also helped along the way by Grace Hinton when Fiona was unavailable.

Lettings team very rude on the phone. called to enquire about a flat and was told it’s no longer available and hung up on immediately. Very unprofessional. Property is still on Zoopla and Rightmove so I was just checking.
